Refund Department Privacy Policy

This privacy policy sets out how Refund Department (we/us) uses and protects any information you give us.

  • Other information needed to prepare and process the paperwork required for your recovery and future savings.


What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to prepare the paperwork required for your refund, and for the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping.
  • Verify your eligibility for the refund.
  • We may send emails regarding your refund using the email address which you have provided. 
  • We may call you regarding your refund using a phone number provided by you.
  • With your consent, and unless revoked, we may send texts regarding your recovery using the mobile phone number which you may have provided. 
  • We will prepare electronic and/or paper documents to be delivered to various public agencies to apply for your recovery. The paperwork will be filled in with your information and presented to you for your signature. You will be able to verify all the information disclosed on the document(s) and choose at that time to continue with your signature. If you do not sign the document(s) then your information will not be released to the public agency.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.


How we use cookies
